Refund and Returns Policy

At Mama’s Dee Kitchen , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for information on refunds and returns.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Consumables
  • Personal Hygiene Products
  • Glassware and Crockery
  • Sale Items
  • Without Original Packaging

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
